Canada LV:I have recently purchased the quantum resonance magnetic analyzer. Is there a software program online I can download to install so I can use it that is compatible with windows 10 or 11? Thank you

Canada LV:The blue one doesn’t load at all. Shows a red light on the drive when I insert it into my usb port on my computer. The other one? I dunno. Says there is an error code of .2 I think. Does it not work at all with Windows 11? Only 10 and under?

Canada LV:So how do I fix this? If I can’t then I will reverse the charges on my credit card I guess，There is no download I can use to get it working?，I don’t know if it is. It cost me quite a bit of money. And it came from China.
